1. Open internet options> General Tab>
From there click the delete cookies button and delete all cookies Next click the delete files button, be sure to check the delete offline content and click okay 2. Go to the Content tab> click the clear ssl state button. 3. Next go to the citrix icon in the taskbar (little red ball near the clock) You must be logged into Citrix in order to see this button. Right click on the icon and click "Open Connection Manager" 4. Highlight the server. Should say something like UFEYOPR0# 5. Click the file security button and make sure the "Full Access" radio button is checked. (if the No Access button is checked it will not allow citrix to reach your printer) 6. Check the radio button (Never Ask Me Again) 7. Log off and close internet explorer. 8. Log on as normal and it should allow you to print |
