SAP Connection through Citrix (CNIC)
 
Steps to connect to SAP via Citrix
1. Insure Citrix is installed on your computer. (If your not sure please check with TASO)
2. Insure it is listed in trusted sites
3. Insure it is listed in allowed site under privacy tab
4. Under the advanced tab, make sure the option "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not checked.
5. Go to the website. https://aims.persnet.navy.mil
6. Choose the 3rd option down (citrix interface)
7. Login to your account using your SAP user name and password provided to you. (Your account will lock out after 3 attempts)
8. If this is the first time using SAP via Citrix you will need to change your password on first login. (9 characters including 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 #)
9. Once you have finished logging on to the Citrix Web Interface, you should see an icon for SAP Logon 710. (Some users may see kronos as well)
10. Double click the SAP icon and Citrix connection should begin to launch.
11. You should receive an pop up asking Client File Security. Please check "full access" and "never ask me again" (If this is not correctly configured users will not be able to print, or download files). Once this is checked it will not ask you again for your machine. If you change your machine, you will be prompted again.
12. Next your standard SAP logon should appear. Enter your SAP user name and password (Your account will lock out after 3 attempts)
13. Use your SAP as normal.
