Problems Accessing the Kronos Site
 
If you are having problems accessing the Kronos Site please try.
1. Delete your temporary files from Java Console.
· Click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Java
· Double click the Java icon
· Go to General tab and click delete files (lower right hand side)
· Another dialog window will open make sure all boxes are checked
· Click Ok
· Click Apply
· While still in the control panel>double click Internet options.
· Go to general tab>Delete cookies>another dialog window will open asking if you want to delete all items in folder. Click Ok
· Next Click Delete Files> another dialog window will open, be sure delete all offline content box is checked and click Ok.
· Next go to Security tab>highlight Trusted Sites, and click the Sites Button.
· This will open another dialog window in the first field enter or copy and paste the kronos website. Once it is entered the add button show up. https://kronos.persnet.navy.mil/wfc/logo
· Click the add button, be sure to uncheck the box (Require server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone
· Click OK
· Next go to the Privacy tab and click the Edit button (lower right hand corner)
· This will open another dialog window in the first field enter or copy and paste the kronos website. Once it is entered click the allow button. Then OK https://kronos.persnet.navy.mil/wfc/logo
· The Click OK and close out the Internet options.
· Restart your work station and try to the kronos site again.
· The this fails to work please contact your TASO for further assistance.
