| 1. Insure it is listed in trusted sites
2. Insure it is listed in allowed site under privacy tab 3. Under the advanced tab, make sure the option "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not checked. 4. For Sasebo users make sure the use proxy setting is checked with FESAIS01 port 8888 5. ONE-NET users may need to make the following changes in the internet options settings. Go to Connections Tab>LAN Settings> Ensure that "Automatically detect setting" is "UNCHECKED" Ensure the "Use automatic configuration script" is "UNCHECKED" Ensure the "Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)." is "CHECKED" and has your bases proxy listed. You will need to re-start internet explorer after you make the changes. For users that access SLACADA they will need to "CHECK" the use "Use automatic configuration script" in order to access SLACADA. |
