1. Logon on to foodtrak
2. Data Entry>Inventory Tab>Linked Inventory Form. The The wizard will ask if you either want to create a new linked inventory group, or edit an existing one. Click Next.
Create a description for this group of forms. Select either a linked inventory date by selecting a period and an end date, or use a specific date. Click Next when completed.
Select which inventories should be included. Click on the inventories that are to be selected and click the Add Selected button. Inventories can be removed from the selected section by clicking on then and clicking the Remove Selected button. The filter option is also available if you?d like to search for inventories between certain dates, by profit center, description, or even query inventories that were previously included as part of a closed period. When completed, click Finish.
