How do I get rid of duplicate Households? |

| You must use the Household Merge Program to "merge" the duplicate Housholds together.
Go to Utilities, system, HH utilities, HH Transfer/Merge. 1. Select the HH on the left that needs to be merged. 2. On the right, choose the duplicate. (The HH chosed on the right should have the most accurate information of the duplicates). 3. Click on full merge. 4. Adjust the FM numbers so that the same people listed have the same FM number for both. Note: If you do not do this it will merge 2 different family members together making them one and the same. This is not good unless they are indeed the same person. 5. Click continue merge. |
